We offer fixed fee packages for:

• Straightforward Divorce – Fixed Fee for Respondents £325, and Applicants £600
• Straightforward Civil Partnership Dissolution – £325 to £600
• Change of Name Deed – £275

We are also happy to consider working on a fixed fee basis in relation to the following areas:

• Separation Agreement – Likely fee range: £1,500 to £6,000, depending on complexity and level of disclosure
• Financial Remedy Settlement (without court proceedings or protracted negotiation) – Likely fee range:£1,500 to £5,000
• Living Together and Cohabitation Agreement – Likely fee range: 1,000 to £4,000, depending on complexity and level of disclosure
• Pre-marital, or Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements – Likely fee range: £1,500 to £8,000, depending on complexity and level of disclosure
• Pre-Civil Partnership Dissolution Agreements (“Pre-Civs”) – Likely fee range: £1,500 to £8,000, depending on complexity and level of disclosure

Once you have provided us with all the details of your case, we will assess whether it is suitable for fixed fee funding and discuss the level of the fee with you.
