Personal injury
Our team, headed by Devon and Somerset’s Solicitor of the Year 2024 James McNally, has been praised for its “stellar track record in niche areas of personal injury, in particular Animals Act, abuse, and Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority claims.”
James himself was has been named “the ultimate expert in dog bite claims”, while Elizabeth Duncan (described as ‘a shining star in the PI firmament of lawyers in the South West’ has been noted for being “excellent with vulnerable clients”. Our expanding Contentious Probate and Trusts team was once again included in the guide.
